Minutes
1. Call to Order—Meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro-Tem Hicks at 5:40pm.
2. Roll Call and Excused Absences —Members-Present: Mayor Pro-Tem Hicks, Councilman Benson, Councilman
Osorio, Councilman Bone, Councilman Allen, Councilman-Hetzel, Councilwoman Cunningham arrived at
.6:06pm and Mayor Boyle arrived at 6:150m.
3. Introduction of new Code Compliance Officers.
The Director of Planning Mr. Segovia introduced the two new Code Officers—.Luis Torrico and Trevor Carrasco.
Each of the Code Officers introduced themselves and gave council a brief overview of their experience.
4. Discussion/Direction on Council's Strategic Plan FY2023-2025.
.This Workshop is a carry over from the July 26t' meeting. Council was unable to complete all items at that
Workshop due- to time. limitations. Council went over the Strategic Planning goals dealing with
Partnerships/Relationships. Council was able to clear-up several of the items in Section 3.2 and 3.3 of the
Strategic Initiative.
5: Adjournment
Councilman Benson made the motion to adjourn the Workshop-at 6:23pm: Motion was seconded by Councilman
Bone. For: All;Against:None. Motion carried 7 to 0.
