Min CC 06/11/2002 - Public Hearing CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING CIBOLO MUNICIPAL BUILDING 109 S. MAIN JUNE 11, 6:30 P.M. MINUTES 1. Call to Order—Mayor Ruppert called the meeting to order at 6:32 P.M. 2. Roll Call—All members of Council were present. 3. Citizens to be Heard(limit of three minutes each) There were no citizens to be heard. 4. Public Hearing Discussion on Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan relating to possible adoption of Impact Fees. Chuck Balcar stated that some of the changes would include lowering the sewer impact fee by$5.00,but the street impact would go up from under$300.00 to over$800.00. Another change would include the collecting of all impact fees at the time of building permits. In the past street and drainage impact fees were collected at time of plating. Document contains a ten-year build out. 5. Adj ournment Councilman Campbell made the motion to adjourn at 6:45 P.M. Seconded by Councilwoman Duggar. For: All,Against: None.
