MINUTES
1. Call to Order—Mayor Ruppert called the meeting to order at 6:46 P.M.
2. Roll Call—All members of council were present.
3. Citizens to be Heard(limit of three minutes each)

4. Public Hearing
A. Discussion on Re-Zoning for Mr.Robert Dean for the 17.42 acres of land situated in the B. Cannon
Survey,Abstract No. 95,Guadalupe County,Texas,being out of a 228.5 acre tract as recorded in Volume
1258,Page 343 Official Public Records of Guadalupe County, Texas.
Rick Pierce stated that he was under contract with Bob Dean for a total of 66 acres. The city has already
approved the annexation and R-3 Zoning of 48 acres. The additional 17 acres was already in the city but has a
zoning of R-1, request that be rezoned to R-3. The council has already approved the masterplan.
B. Discussion on the proposed Annexation and C-1 Commercial Zoning for Mr. Vivian for the 0.619 acres of
land situated in the James Jones Survey,Abstract No. 194, Guadalupe County, Cibolo,Texas,and being out of
Tract 3 of the Van Horn Land Subdivision.
Chuck Balcar stated that this land is owned by Mr. Vivian and would give him access to Cibolo Valley Drive.
This would give a contiguous line to the city property.
C.Discussion on the proposed Annexation and C-1 Commercial Zoning for Mr. Avila for the 0.619 acres of
land situated in the James Jones Survey,Abstract No. 194, Guadalupe County, Cibolo, Texas,and being out of
Tract 2 of the Van Horn Subdivision.
Chuck Balcar stated that this land is owned by Mr. Avila and would give him access to Cibolo Valley Drive.
This would give a contiguous line to the city property.

Councilman O'Brien made the motion to adjourn at 6:55 P.M. Seconded by Councilman Williams. For: All,
