Min CC 07/23/2002 - Public Hearing CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING CIBOLO MUNICIPAL BUILDING 109 S. MAIN July 23, 6:30 P.M. MINUTES 1. Call to Order—Mayor Ruppert called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. 2. Roll Call—All members of Council were present. 3. Citizens to be Heard(limit of three minutes each) There were no citizens to be heard. 4. Public Hearing Discussion on the adoption of the Impact Fees based on the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan. Mayor Ruppert stated that this was the second required public hearing,he also read each of the different impact fees cost for water,sewer,drainage and street. Chuck Balcar made the public aware that a copy of the impact fee study was available for the public to review. Mr. Gray stated that he was concerned about what was happening in his area,on sunflower. Councilman Williams made the comment that he was the chairman of this committee and it was open for public comments at all meetings. 5. Adiournment Councilwoman Epperson made the motion to adjourn at 6:49 P.M. Seconded by Councilman Campbell. For: All, Agasint: None. PASSED AND APPROVE THIS 13TH DAY OF AUGUST,2002.
