Call to Order—Meeting was called to order by Ms.Latimer-at 6:30 p.m. 2. Roll call and Excused Absences—Members Present: Ms.Latimer, Ms. Gould,Ms. Gray,Ms. Greve,Ms. Zimmermann,and Mr. Garrison. 3. Invocation—Ms.Latimer gave the Invocation. 4. ..Pledge of-Allegiance-All in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 5: Oath of Office—The City Secretary,gave the Oath of Office to Ms. Zimmermann. 6. .Public Hearings A. .The City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to hear public testimony regarding the rezoning of approximately 31 acres located at 553 Tolle Road currently zoned Low Density Single-Family Residential(SF2)to Agricultural (AG). This item was briefed by staff. Ms. Latimer opened the public hearing at 6:38 p.m. No one wish to speak and.the public.hearing was closed by Ms. Latimer at 6:40 p.m. B. The City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to hear public testimony regarding a variance request to the:Sign Ordinance#1188 On- Premises Signs(Single Nonresidential Building)to increase height and total square footage to the proposed monument signages located at the southeast corner of FM 1103 and FM 78, Cibolo,Texas. Staffed briefed this item to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Latimer opened the public hearing at 6:42 p.m. Doyle Spruill spoke ion this.item and stated that this variance exceed the requirement and the city should apply the standard to everyone the . same. There should not be different standards.allowed for different businesses. Ms. Latimer closed the public hearing at 6:53 p.m. C. The.City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct:a public hearing to hear public testimony'regarding a Comprehensive Sign Program application for certain real property located at the southeast intersection of Cibolo Valley Drive and W Borgfeld Road.. Staffed briefed this item to the P&Z. Ms.Latimer opened the:public hearing at 6:55 p.m. No one wish to speak and Ms.Latimer closed the public hearing at 6:55p.m. D. The City of Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to hear public testimony regarding amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cibolo, Texas Appendix A-Unified Development.Code,Article 20 to adopt subdivision regulations relating to temporary idomestic wastewater systems. The Planning staff:briefed this:item to.the P&Z. Ms. Latimer opened the public_hearing at 6:56 p.m. No one wish to speak and the public hearing was closed.by Ms. Latimer at 6:57 p.m.. E. The City of Cibolo Planning&Zoning Commission will.hold a public hearing to hear public testimony concerning proposed amendments to Article 4, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16 of the Unified Development Code,to repeal Medium-High Density Residential District(SF- 5)and remove all internal references thereto. The Planning staff briefed this item:to the P&Z. Ms.Latimer opened the public hearing at 6:58 p.m. No one wish to speak and the public hearing was closed by Ms.Latimer at 6:59 p.m.' 7. -Citizens to be heard This:is the only: time during the Meeting that a citizen can address the Commission.-It is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Commission on any issue to include agenda items. All visitors wishing.t-0 speak must fill out'the Sign-In Roster prior to the start of the meeting. Presentation to Planning and Zoning Commission on department workload and setting priorities.; Ms..Gonzalez explained to the Planning and Zoning Commission the department workload and how setting priorities will help not only the Planning Department but the Planning and Zoning Commission. Discussion/Action and-Recommendation to the Mayor and City Council concerning amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cibolo,Texas Appendix A-Unified Development Code,Article 20 to adopt subdivision:regulations relating to temporary domestic wastewater systems.
