MINUTES
1. Call to Order-Mayor Ruppert called the meeting to order at 6:31 P.M.
2. Roll Call-All members of council were present.All members of Planning and Zoning were present with the
exception of Commissioners Kinnon,Tauzin and Ramcharan.
3. Citizens to be Heard(limit of three minutes each)
There were no citizens to be heard signed up.
4. Public Hearing
A. Discussion on rezoning on lots 1 through 30 and lots 42 and 43 of the Woodstone Subdivision
from R-2 to R-3 (Residential Single family Standard lot-front entry garage).The size and number of
lots as currently platted will not be affected by zoning change. The legal description is 5.684 acres
out of the Simon Cockrill Survey,A-98, and the Lewis Survey,A216, Cibolo,Guadalupe County,
Texas,and being part of the 30.00 acre tract as described in Volume 460,Page 379 of the deed
records of said County. (2nd public hearing)

B.Discussion on the proposed annexation and R-3 zoning of a said tract of land being a 23.60 acre
tract of land,situated in Guadalupe County,Texas,and out of the Jeronimo Leal Survey No. 85,
Abstract No. 210,and being out of a tract of land described as 41.0 acres and recorded in Volume
700,Page 981 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County,Texas. (Ms.Rhew Property)(2nd public
hearing)

C. Discussion on the proposed rezoning of Ms.Eva Hecox said piece of property being.69 acres of
land in Guadalupe County,Texas, out of the A.S.Lewis Survey 78,Abstract 216,being comprised
of a portion of a 1 acre tract described in conveyance from Henry Remmler and wife,Katie
Remmler to Alvin Remmler of record in Volume 235,Page 620-621,Deed Records of Guadalupe
County,Texas and a portion of a 0.685 acre tract described in conveyance from Henry Remmler to
Alvin Remmler of record in Volume 369,Page 541,Deed Records of Guadalupe County,Texas.
Said 1 acre tract and 0.685 acre tract both being a portion of a 31.6 acre tract of record in Volume
718,Page 180-183,Deed Records of Guadalupe County,Texas. (V public hearing)
Doug Lettbetter, lives across from subject property, stated that he would not like to see this area
turned into commercial property. There are a lot of kids that play on that street and concerned with the
high traffic.
Cindy Lettbetter stated that she is concerned about all the properties around this area and their property
values.
Linda Johnson, stated that she was also against the rezoning of this property.
Jane Reed, stated that she also backs the Lettbetters, and does not want to see this property rezoned.
5. Adjournment
Councilman Campbell made the motion to adjourn at 6:41 P.M. Seconded by
Councilman O'Brien. For: All,Against:None.
