Call to Order—Meeting was called to order at 6:3 5 pm by Chairman Ms. Womack. 2. Roll Call and Excused Absences—Members Present: Ms. Womack,Ms. Casey, Ms. Kearns, Mr. Hicks, Ms. Henry,Mr. Merillat, and Mr. Kennedy; Members Absent: Ms. Blackmon. Motion - was made by Mr. Merillat and seconded by Ms. Womack to excuse the absence of Ms. Blackmon. For: All; Against:None. Motion carried 7 to 0. 3. Moment of Silence/Invocation-Ms. Womack ask for a Moment of Silence. 4. Pledge of Allegiance—All in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 5. Oath of Office—Oath of Office will be at the next meeting. 6. Citizens to be Heard This is the only time during the Historic Meeting that a citizen can address the Historic Committee. It is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the Committee Members on any issue to include agenda items. All visitors wishing to speak must fill out the Sign-In Roster prior to the start of the meeting. Committee Members may not debate any non-agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non-agenda issue at this time; however, Committee Members may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. (Attorney General Opinion—JC-0169)(Limit of three minutes each.) All remarks shall be addressed to the Historic Committee as a body, and not to any individual member thereof.Public criticism of the Historic Committee Members or any action, policy, program, or service provided by the City is not prohibited. However, any person making personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks to individual members of the Historic Committee while addressing the Committee may be requested to leave the meeting. This meeting is livestreamed.If anyone would like to make comments on any matter regarding the City of Cibolo or on an agenda item and have this item read at this meeting, please email ncimics(a),cibolotx.gov or text 210-514-3495 before 6:OOpm the date of the meeting. No one signed'up to be heard. 7. Consent Agenda A.Approval of minutes of the September 9,2021,Historic Committee Meeting. B. Approval of minutes of the March 15, 2021,Historic Committee Meeting. Tabled.till the next meeting. 8. Discussion/Action A. Discussion/Action on the Historical Map of Downtown. Ms. Henry and Mr. Merillat briefed the map and changes that were:made at the last meeting. Ms. Casey made the motion to approve the Historical Map of Downtown. Motion was seconded by Ms. Kearns. For: All;Against:None. Motion carried 7 to 0. B. Discussion on any upcoming events. Ms. Casey would like to look at any historic items we have so they could be recorded and cataloged. 9. Future agenda items and date of next meeting Ms. Casey would like to look to inventory any historic items we have. She would also like to see the conservation society come and brief the committee. 10. Adj ournment Mr. Merillat made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:04pm. Motion was seconded by Ms. Henry.
