MINUTES
1. Call to Order -Mayor Ruppert called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M.
2. Roll Call -All members of council were present.
3. Citizens to be Heard This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the City Council on any issue. City Council may not
discuss any non agenda issue,nor may any action be taken on any non agenda issue at this time. (Attorney General Opinion—JC-0169)
(Limit of three minutes each)
Ed Ling—Stated that he was concerned about property value when this new subdivision is developed.
Harold Klar—Stated that his main concern was the drainage issues.
Mary Klar—Stated that she had the same drainage concern and also asked who the builder was. The builder was unknown at this time.
Lori Wrenn—Stated that she is not happy with this development and is also concerned about the drainage.
Tom Wehe—Asked if this request had been review by Planning and Zoning,and about the values of these homes. Also concerned about
property value.
Mark Winn—Commented about the drainage issue and the storms that happened in June 2004.
Roy Roslin—Engineer for Mr.Haynes,commented that drainage is always an issue and they will take careful consideration when
working this property,and insure that all issues are addressed.

A. Discussion on a proposed R2-B zoning of a 60.5 acre tract of land situated in the City of Cibolo,Guadalupe County,Texas,
out of the William Brackin Survey no.65,abstract no.57,and being out of a n 85.61 acre tract recorded in Vol. 851,Page 781,
and out of a 64.6 acre tract recorded in vol. 195,pages 580-582;and out of a 55.06 acre tractrecorded in vol. 701,pages 416-
421;and out of a 23.42 acre tract recorded in vol. 851,page781,all in the deed recorded,Guadalupe County,Texas.
B. Discussion on a proposed R-2 zoning of a 10.06 acre tract of land situated in the City of Cibolo, Guadalupe County,Texas,
out of the William Brackin Survey No.65,Abstract no,.57,and being out of an 85.61 acre tract recorded in Vol. 851,page 781;
and out of a 23.42 acre tract recorded in vol.851,page 781,all in the deed records;Guadalupe County,Texas.
C. Discussion on a proposed R-2 zoning of a 2.28 acre tract of land situated in the City of Cibolo, Guadalupe County,Texas,out
of the William Brackin Survey no.65,abstract no.57,and being out of a 64.6 acre tract recorded in vol. 1295,pages 580-582;in
the deed records, Guadalupe County,Texas.
D. Discussion on a proposed R-3 zoning of a 29.6 acre tract of land situated in the City of Cibolo,Guadalupe County,Texas,out
of the William Brackin survey no.65,abstract no.57,and being out of an 85.61 acre tract recorded in vol. 851,page 781;and
out of a 64.6 a acre tract recorded in vol. 195,pages 580-582;and out of a 55.06 acre tract re corded in vol.701,pages 416-421;
and out of a 23.42 acre tract recorded in vol.851,page 781,all in the deed records,Guadalupe County Texas.
E. Discussion on a proposed R-3 zoning of a 7.7 acre tract being 60.5 acres of land situated in the City of Cibolo, Guadalupe
County,Texas,out of the William Brackin Survey NO.65,abstract no.57,and being out of an 85.61 acre tract recorded in vol.
851,page 781;and out of a 23.42 acre tract recorded in vol. 851,page 781,all in the deed records, Guadalupe County,Texas.
Councilwoman Gray asked about the current zoning of this property. Mayor Ruppert stated that 16.07 is commercial and will
remain commercial and 152.178 acres is currently R-1.
