ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE.CITY CIBOLO,TEXAS(CITY)ADOPTING
A CONSOLIDATED MUNICPAL FEE SCHEDULE. FOR FISCAL YEAR:
2021-2022. FOR PERMITS, LICENSES, APPLICATIONS, CITY
UTILITIES, ANIMAL CONTROL AND OTHER CITY . SERVICES;
DECLARING ,A PUBLIC PURPOSE; INCORPORATING RECITALS;
PROVIDING A REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABLITY AND
SETTING AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City of Cibolo is.in the process of adopting is 202172022 fiscal year budget
and as part of the process, city staff reviewed its municipal fees and charges and now wishes
to recommend to City Council the fees for the upcoming fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, setting forth municipal fees in the single ordinance will eliminate confusion and
increase efficiency in conducting municipal business with the City; and
WHEREAS, upon its review, City Council finds-these fees-to be reasonable and should be
adopted for the upcoming fiscal year;
NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,
TEXAS
SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION. The City of Cibolo adopts the fees provided in Exhibit
"A" hereto as its official fees and charges.
SECTION 2. PUBLIC PURPOSE. _The City declares the adoption of its.municipal fees and
charges for the-upcoming fiscal year is in the public interest.
SECTION 3. REPEALER. All ordinances: resolutions, and municipal orders in conflict
herewith are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of
this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or illegal, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining sections of this Ordinance. The. City Council hereby
declares.that it would have passed this Ordinance, and each section, subsection, clause, or

phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences,
clauses or phrases be declared void; and that in lieu of each clause, or provision of this
Ordinance that is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable there be added by the Mayor as necessary
with the approval of the City Attorney as to form, and as a part of the Ordinance a clause or
provision as similar-in terms to such invalid, illegal or unenforceable clause or provision as
may be,possible, legal,valid and enforceable. .
SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. These fees shall become effecting on the first day of the
fiscal year, October 1, 2021.
