AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS AMENDING EXHIBIT "A-
6" "DRAINAGE AND UTILITY FEES" TO
ORDINANCE 1232 "AMENDING AND ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR CERTAIN LICENSES, PERMITS, AND
OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF
CIBOLO"; TO INCLUDE WASTEWATER SERVICE
FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
REPEALING ANY OTHER CODE PROVISIONS,
ORDINANCES, PARTS OF ORDINANCES, AND
OTHER PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND ADOPTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City of Cibolo(the "City")has established by ordinance and resolution,fees for
licenses, permits, and services provided by the City; and
WHEREAS,due to the need for periodic modification of said fees and for the purposes of
efficiency,the City Council desires to future fee changes by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Schedule of Fees attached as "Exhibit A" reflects revisions to certain fees, a
restatement of certain fees not revised, and a consolidation of all such fees; and
WHEREAS, due to adoption of Ordinance 1284, adopting the City of Cibolo annual budget for
fiscal year 2019-2020 which reflects an increase in wastewater rates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to
update the fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CIBOLO,TEXAS:
SECTION 1
AMENDMENT
Portions of Exhibit "A-6" of Ordinance 1232 are hereby amended as follows:

SECTION 2
REPEALER
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 3
SEVERABILITY
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be
unconstitutional or illegal,such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections of this
Ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance, and each
section, subsection, clause, or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections,
subsections, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared void; and that in lieu of each clause or
provision of this Ordinance that is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable there be added as a part of the
Ordinance a clause or provision as similar in terms to such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable clause or
provision as may be possible, legal,valid,and enforceable.
SECTION 4
EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be effective upon approval of the City Council of the City of Cibolo, Texas, and the
publication of the fees twice in the newspaper of record.
