RES 1228 6/11/2002 RESOLUTION , )cQ PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADOPTING OF IMPACT FEES A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON JULY 23, 2002,AT 6:30 P.M., TO DISCUSS THE IMPOSITION OF AMENDED IMPACT FEES FOR WATER, WASTE WATER, DRAINAGE AND ROADWAYS WHEREAS,the City of Cibolo is required by Chapter 395 of the Local Government Code to periodically update the land use assumptions and capital improvement plan of the municipality in order to impose impact fees, and; WHEREAS,the City of Cibolo City Council has appointed members of the Cibolo Planning and Zoning Commission and representatives of the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City and members from the development community to debate and prepare the plan, and; WHEREAS,the City Council held a public hearing on June 11,2002,to discuss the land use assumptions and capital improvement plan,and; WHEREAS, Chapter 395 of the local government requires that a public hearing be called to provide and opportunity for comment on the impact fees that may be imposed; NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,TEXAS: That a Public Hearing will be held to such discuss the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan on Tuesday, July 23,2002 at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall with Cibolo City Council, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed land use assumptions and capital improvements plan.
