RES 1224 4/23/2002 RESOLUTION r�P t (Vivian Flag Lot) Resolution is to set a date,time and place for a City Council on the proposed C-1 Commercial Zoning of a said tract of land being of.619 acres situated in the James Jones Survey, Abstract No. 194,Guadalupe County, Cibolo, Texas, and being out of Tract 3,Van Horn Subdivision. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS. Section 1. That two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss C-1 Commercial zoning,the first being on Tuesday, June 11, 2002 at 6:45 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall with Cibolo City Council; and the second being a joint public hearing with City Council and Planning and Zoning on Tuesday, June 25, 2002,at 6:45 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed C-1 Commercial Zoning of(.619)acres of land by the City of Cibolo. Section 2. The description of the .619 acres of land which is proposed to be Zoned C-1 Commercial is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF AN .619 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEGINNING: Beginning at a point in the northwest right-of-way line of Green Valley Road for the southwest corner of this tract. THENCE: Leaving said right-of-way N 29° 41' 38"W a distance of 898.57 feet along the east line of Tract 2 of said subdivision to a point, THENCE: N 60° 18' 24" E crossing Tract 3 of said subdivision for a distance of 30.00 feet to a point; THENCE: S 29°41' 38" E along the west line of Tract 4 of said subdivision for a distance of 898.57 feet to a point on the northwest right-of-way line of Green Valley Road for the southeast corner of this tract; THENCE: S 60° 18' 22"W a distance of 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 0.619 acres of land more or less Section 3.
