RES 1220 3/26/2002 RESOLUTION a0 Resolution is to set a date,time and place for a City Council on the proposed R-2 Zoning of a said tract of land being 87. 15 acres of land in Guadalupe County Texas, out of a 92.371 acre tract of land recorded in Volume 999, Page 60, Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas and is more particularly described as follows: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS. Section 1. That two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss R-2 zoning,the first being on Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall with Cibolo City Council; and the second being on Tuesday, April 23, 2002,at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed R-2 Zoning of(87.15) acres of land by the City of Cibolo. Section 2. The description of the 87.15 acres of land which is proposed to be Zoned R-2 is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF AN 87.15 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEGINNING: at a point on the northwest right-of-way fine of Green Valley Road(R. 0,W), said point being the most southeasterly comer of said 92.371 acre tract and comer of this tract; THENCE: S 580 53' 40"W., with said northwest light-of-way line, a distance of 40.55 feet to a point, an angle point of this tract; THENCE: N 29'44' 26"W., departing the right-of-way line, a distance of 11.17 feet to a point, an angle point of this tract; THENCE: S 51°21'46"W„a distance of 19.73 feet to a point an angle point of this tract; THENCE: 290 33' 31" W.,a distance of 140.12 feet to a point, an angle point of this tract; THENCE: S 480 06' 01"W„ a distance of 259.31 feet to a point on a common line, being a southeast line of this tract and a northwest line of the Cher-Ron Subdivision recorded in Volume 4, Page 155, Plat Records of Guadalupe County, Texas, an angle point of this tract; THENCE: S 61°19' 33"W., along said common line, a distance of 490,72 feet to a point, a southerly corner of this tract; THENCE: S 610 21' 24'W.,a distance of 586.95 feet to a point on the Southwest line of the aforementioned 92.371 acre tract,the most southerly comer of this tract; THENCE: in a northwesterly direction with said southwest line,the following courses: N 290 14' 15" W., a distance of 1110.96 feet to a point, an angle point of this tract; N 29008' 59"W.,a distance of 1173.76 feet to a point,the most westerly comer of the 92.371 acre tract and of this tract; THENCE: N 600 33' 44" E.,with the northwest line of the 92.371 acre tract, a distance of 1655.72 feet to a point the most northerly corner of the 92.371 acre tract and of this tract; THENCE: S 290 17' 51" E., with a northeast line of the 92,371 acre tract, a distance of 943.24 feet to a point, an easterly corner of this tract; THENCE: S 59'48' 02"W., with a southeast line of the 92.371 acre tract a distance of 361.88 feet to a point, a reentrant comer of this tract; THENCE: S 560 08' 24' E.,with a northeast line of the 92.371 acre tract,a distance of 222.32 feet to a point, a reentrant comer of this tract THENCE: N 58°40' 44" E.,with a southeast line of the 92.3 71 acre tract,a distance of 29.95 feet to a point, a corner of this tract; THENCE: S 290 30' 35" E., with a northeast line of the 92,371 acre tract, a distance of 1632.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 87.15 acres of land more or less.
