1. Call to Order—Mayor Hartman called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.

Charlie Zech City Attorney briefed council and all committee, commission and board members on
the above items. Everyone in attendance was briefed on the Cibolo Code of Ethics and signed
acknowledgement and understanding of the Ordinance and Code of Ethics for the City of Cibolo.
7. Adjournment
Councilman Pedde moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. Motion was seconded by Councilman
Winn. For: Council Members: Pedde, Krasnai, Wiederstein,Winn, Davis and Liparoto; Against:
None. Motion carried 6 to 0.
