A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF 53.517
ACRES OF LAND,BEING APPROXIMATLEY 23 ACRES OUT OF THE M. LINDENBURG SURVEY,
ABSTRACT NO. 215 AND APPROXIMATELY 30.517 ACRES OUT OF THE TRINIDAD GARCIA
SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 137, GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING OUT OF THAT CERTAIN
TRACT CALLED 100 ACRES, RECORDED IN VOLUM 731,PAGE 1039 OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC
RECORDS OF GUADALUPE COUNTY.
Whereas,a petition has been filed with the City of Cibolo, Texas,by Per O. Blanton,requesting the annexation
of 53.517 acres of land into the corporate limits of the City of Cibolo, Texas,NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS
Section 1. That two Public Hearings will be held,the first being on Tuesday, July 10, 2001 at 6:30 P.M.
in the Cibolo City Hall; and the second being held on July 24,2001,at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo
City Hall,for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard
concerning the proposed annexation of 53.517 acres of land by the City of Cibolo.
Section 2. The description of the 53.517 acres of land which is proposed to be annexed is as follows:
A 53.517 acres of land,being approximately 23.00 acres out of the M.Lindenburg Survey,
Abstract No. 215 and approximately 30.51.7 acres out of the Trinidad Garcia Survey, abstract
No. 1 37, Guadalupe County, Texas and being out of that certain tract called 100 acres,
recorded in volume 731,page 1039 of the Official Public Records of Guadalupe, County,
described more particular as follows:
POINT OF At a 1/2 "inch iron rod found at the Southem most coiner of said 53.479 acres of
BEGINNING: land,and the Northeast comer of the Mack and Juanita Kardy's tract of land as recorded in
Volume 491,page 477,Deed Records Guadalupe County, Texas;

THENCE: N 5101649 E at a distance of 1158.42 feet to a point;

THENCE: N 59027'54"E,at a distance 251.00 feet to a point;
THENCE: N 59003'27"E,at a distance of 554.61 feet to a point;
THENCE: S 30023'05"E,at a distance of 911.26 feet to a point;
