A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,TEXAS,APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING REDEMPTION OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,TEXAS,COMBINED TAX
AND LIMITED PLEDGE REVENUE CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION SERIES 1988; DATED
TUESDAY,AUGUST 16, 1988;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all certificates of obligation of the above series maturing on and after
February 1, 1997 and aggregating the remaining principal amount of$110,000 have been called for
redemption on February 1, 1997 at the redemption price of par and accrued interest to the date of
redemption.
ALL SUCH CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION shall become due and payable on February 1, 1997, and
interest thereon shall cease to accrue from and after said redemption date and payment of the redemption
price of said certificates of obligation shall be paid to the owners of the obligations only upon presentation
and surrender of such certificates of obligation to the Principal Office of Bank of New York,Jacksonville,
Florida, paying agent.
THIS NOTICE is issued and given pursuant to the terms and conditions prescribed for the redemption of
said certificates of obligation in the Certificates of Obligation Ordinance dated August 16, 1988.
