Call to Order—Meeting was called to order by Mayor Hartman at 7:00 P.M. 2. Roll Call Mayor Hartman Councilman Pedde- Absent Councilman Krasnai Councilman Wiederstein Councilman Winn Councilman Carlton—Absent Councilman Liparoto Councilman Hetzel 3. Invocation—Councilman Wiederstein gave the invocation. 4. Pledge of Allegiance—The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Winn. 5. Citizens to be Heard This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the City Council on any issue. City Council may not debate any non-agenda issue, nor may any action be taken on any non-agenda issue at this time however City Council may present any factual response to items brought up by citizens. No citizens to be heard. 6. Resolution A. Approval/Disapproval of a resolution to recognizes and approves all non-annexation agreements executed between the City of Cibolo and property owners within the 2,125.02 acre annexation area and generally located between Arizpe Road and Interstate 10 and are located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo. 1 Councilman Winn moved to approve the resolution and approves all non-annexation agreements executed between the City of Cibolo and property owners within the 2,125.02 acre annexation area and generally located between Arizpe Road and Interstate 10 and are located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo. Ordinance A.Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance adopting a map recognizing the expansion of the City of Cibolo, Texas extraterritorial jurisdiction based on the annexation of certain properties. B.Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance providing for the extension of Cibolo city limits by the annexation of tracts of land that contain an aggregate area of 596.63 acres generally located between Arizpe Road and Interstate Highway 10 adjacent to the existing City limit boundary. C.Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance memorializing the City of Cibolo's current City limits and Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. D.Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance setting date,time and place for a Public Hearing on the proposed annexation of approximately 786.35 acres of land generally located east of the corporate limits of the City of Cibolo between Bolton Road and Gin Road. Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance setting date, time and place for a Public Hearing on the proposed annexation of approximately 537.85 acres of land generally located east of the corporate limits of the City of Cibolo between Bolton Road and Lower Seguin Road. Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance setting date, time and place for a Public Hearing on the proposed annexation of approximately 588.98 acres of land generally located east of the corporate limits of the City of Cibolo between Schmoekel Road and FM 78. G.Approval/Disapproval of an ordinance setting date, time and place for a Public Hearing on the proposed annexation of approximately 249.65 acres of land generally located east of Tolle Road between Country Lane and Janoe Lane. Councilman Liparoto moved to approve an ordinance setting date, time and place for a Public Hearing on the proposed annexation of approximately 249.65 acres of land generally located east of Tolle Road between Country Lane and Janoe Lane. Motion was seconded by Councilman Krasnai. For: Councilman Krasnai, Wiederstein, Winn, Liparoto and Hetzel; Against: None. Motion carried 5 to 0. 8. Discussion/Action A. Discussion/Action and direction to staff to extend the budget to accompany the new web site with the necessary changes in order for adoption by the City Council.
