(Mr.Richard E.Haynes Rezoning 60.5 acres)
Resolution is to set a date, time and place for a City Council and a Joint City Council and Planning and
Zoning Hearing on the proposed rezoning fromC-1 and R-1 to R-213 Zoning of a said tract of land being
of 60.5 acres of land situated in the City of Cibolo,Guadalupe County, Texas, out of the William Brackin
Survey no. 65,abstract no. 57,and being out of an 85.61 a acre tract recorded in vol. 851,page 781; and
out of a 64.6 acre tract recorded in vol. 195,pages 580-582; and out of a 55.06 acre tract recoded in vol.
701,pages 416-421; and out of a 23.42 acre tract recoded in vol. 851,page 781, all in the deed records,
Guadalupe County, Texas.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss rezoning,the first being on Tuesday,
August 24,2004 at 6:45 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall with Cibolo City Council; and the second being a
joint public hearing with City Council and Planning and Zoning on Tuesday, September 14,2004,at 6:30
P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be
heard concerning the proposed rezoning from C-1 and R-1 to R-213 zoning of 60.5 acres of land by the
City of Cibolo.
Section 2.The description of the 60.5 acres of land which is proposed to be rezoned to R-213 is as
