RES 1273 02/10/2004 RESOLUTION
Resolution to set a date, time and place for a Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Joint
Hearing on the proposed annexation and R-2 zoning of a said tract of land being Being 4.00 acres
of land situated in the M. Linderburg Survey Abstract No. 215, Guadalupe County, Texas, and
being out of an 18.15 acre tract recorded in Volume 599,Page 753 of the Deed Records of said
county.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CIBOLO, TEXAS.
Section 1. That Joint two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss proposed annexation and
R-2 zoning,the first being with City Council on Tuesday,February 24,2003 at 6:45 P.M. in the
Cibolo City Hall; and the second being a joint City Council and Planning and Zoning being held
on Tuesday,March 9,2004, at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the
puose of providing all
interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed R-2 Zoning of 4.000 acres
of land by the City of Cibolo.
Section 2. The description of the 4.000 acres of land which is proposed to be annexed and zoned
R-2 is as follows:
POINT OF Beginning at a point for the southwest corner of this tract, said point being the
BEGINNING northwest corner of a 1.510 acre tract recorded in volume 1710, Page 840 of the
Deed Records of said county.
THENCE N 31. 05'32" W a distance of 438.74 feet to a point for the northwest corner of
this tract.
THENCE Crossing said 18.15 acres N 59'33" 56'E a distance of 549.07 feet to a point for
the northeast corner of this tract said point being on the east line of said 18.15
acre tract and the west line of a 10.203 acre tract recorded in Volume 1715,Page
805 of the Deed Records of said county.
THENCE S 30. 26'04"E a distance of 137.45 feet to a point for the eastern most corner to
this tract.
THENCE S 59. 32'S1" W a distance of 215.98 feet to a point for the corner of this tract;
THENCE S 30. 39'20"E a distance of 299.06 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this
tract.
THENCE S 59- 3213611 W a distance of 329.23 to the point of Beginning and containing
4.00 acres of land more or less.
