RES 1265 12/09/2003 RESOLUTION I c�(P�D (Woodstone, 5.684 acres,Rezoning) Resolution is to set a date,time and place for a City Council and a Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Hearing on the proposed rezoning from R-2 to R-3 Zoning of a said tract of land being of 5.684 acres out of the Simon Cockrill Survey,A-98,and the Lewis Survey,A 216,Cibolo,Guadalupe County, Texas,and being part of a 30.000 acre tract as described in Volume 460,Page 379 of the deed records of said county. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS. Section 1. That two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss rezoning,the first being on Tuesday, January 13,2004 at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall with Cibolo City Council; and the second being a joint public hearing with City Council and Planning and Zoning on Tuesday,January 27,2004,at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rezoning from R-2 to R-3 zoning of(5.684)acres of land by the City of Cibolo. Section 2.The description of the 5.684 acres of land which is proposed to be rezoned R-3 is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF AN 5.684 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEGINNING at a'/z" iron rod found marking the intersection of the northeast right-of-way of Dietz road and an extension of the southeast right-of-way line of a drainage right-of-way as shown in Thistle Creek Subdivision,Volume 5,Page 212 of the Guadalupe County Map Records; THENCE, N 590 21'14"E,902.43 feet to a point, THENCE, S 30° 57'16"E,618.16 feet to a point, THENCE, S 590 21'06"W,202.93 feet to a point, THENCE, N 300 57'23"W, 518.17 feet to a point, THENCE, S 590 21'24"W, 599.44 feet to a point, THENCE, S 300 07'27"E,518.24 feet to a point, THENCE, S 59°21'06"W, 100.00 feet to a point, THENCE, N 30015'45"W,618.20 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
