A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE CITY OF
CIBOLO
WHEREAS,the City of Cibolo is required to designate an official newspaper to be used for
publishing and notice of public hearing or ordinance that has a penal intent, and
WHEREAS,the Herald Newspaper,with offices in nearby San Antonio, is delivered free to the
residents of Cibolo each week, and
WHEREAS,the City of Cibolo has enjoyed a professional relationship as an advertiser with the
Herald newspaper,then
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Herald Newspaper is hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City of Cibolo
for the purpose of publishing announcements required by the Local Government code.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIS 14th DAY OF OCTOBER,2003.
