RES 1253 07/08/2003 RESOLUTION S (Mr. Lewis C. Borgfeld Rezoning 105.221 acres) Resolution is to set a date,time and place for a City Council and a Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Hearing on the proposed rezoning from R-1 to R-213 Zoning of a said tract of land being of 105.221 acres of land out of the of the Mathias Lindenburg Survey,Abstract No.215, Guadalupe County, Texas,and the Trinidad Garcia Survey No. 94,Abstract No. 137,Guadalupe County,Texas, and being out of and a part of a 315 acre tract as conveyed by Deed from Hugo O. Borgfeld and Irma L. Borgfeld to grandson Lewis C. Borgfeld,executed on May 31, 1968,and recorded in Volume 409,Pages 436-438 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County,Texas. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS. Section 1. That two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss rezoning,the first being on Tuesday, July 22,2003 at 6:45 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall with Cibolo City Council; and the second being a joint public hearing with City Council and Planning and Zoning on Tuesday,August 12,2003,at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall,for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rezoning from R-1 to R-213 zoning of 105.221 acres of land by the City of Cibolo. Section 2. The description of the 105.221 acres of land which is proposed to be rezoned R-2B is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF AN 105.221 ACRE TRACT OF LAND BEGINNING: at a found %2" iron pin in the Southeast boundary line of said Mathias Lindenburg Survey and being the Northernmost corner of a 103 acre tract as described in a Trustee's Deed and recorded in Volume 1037, Pages 739-743 of the Official Public Records of Guadalupe County, Texas, and also being a corner of this parcel and said 315 acre tract; THENCE: (1) SOUTH 59 deg. 35' 04" West (all bearings in this description are based on Grid North of the Texas Coordinate System, Zone 4204, NAD 86/93), a distance of 971.75 feet along the Southeast boundary line of this parcel and said 315 acre tract and the Northwest boundary line of said 103 acre tract to a found '/2" iron pin being the Northwest boundary line of said 103 acre tract to a found '/2" iron pin being the Easternmost corner of a 3.263 acre tract as recorded in Volume 491,Pages 477-478 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas;
