SCUCISD 7.176 acres,Rezoning R-2 to R-3
Resolution to set a date,time and place for a Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Joint Hearing
on the proposed rezoning from R-2 to R-3 of a said certain tract or parcel of land,being 7.176 acres out of
the Simon Cockrill Survey,A-98, and the Lewis Survey,A216,Cibolo,Guadalupe County,Texas,and
being part of a 30.000 acre tract as described in Volume 460,Page 379 of the deed records of said county.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That Joint two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss rezoning from R-2 to R-3,the first
being on Tuesday,April 22,2003 at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall;and the second being held on
Tuesday,May 13,2003,at 6:30 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall,for the purpose of providing all interested
persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rezoning R-2 to R-3 Zoning of 7.176 acres
of land by the City of Cibolo.
Section 2.The description of the 7.176 acres of land which is proposed to be Rezoned from R-2 to R-3
Zoning as follows:
BEGINNING at a point that lies 82°52'55", 163.50 feet from a V2"iron rod found marking the
intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of a drainage right-of-way as shown in
Thistle Creek Subdivision,Volume 5,Page 212 of the Guadalupe County Map Records;
THENCE N. 59'57'23"E, 599.44 feet to a point,
THENCE S. 300 57'23"E, 518.17 feet to a point,
THENCE S. 590 21'08"W, 606.97 feet to a point,
THENCE N 30°07' 27"W, 518.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
