Resolution to set a date,time and place for a Joint City Council and Planning and Zoning Joint Hearing on
the proposed Annexation R-2 Zoning of a said tract of land 143.823 acre tract of land situated in a tract
described in a Non-Homestead Affidavit and Designation of Homestead from Frederick S. Schlather, et ux,
to The Public, volume 553,page 51,and consisting of Tract 1,called 114.57 acres, Tract 2, called 11.582
acres and Tract 3,called 26.542 acres,Trinidad Garcia Survey No. 94,A-137, Guadalupe County, Texas.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That Joint two Public Hearings will be held to such discuss R-2 Zoning,the first being on
Tuesday, March 11,2003 at 6:45 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall; and the second being held on Tuesday,
March 25,2003, at 6:45 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the
opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed R-2 Zoning of 143.823 acres of land by the City of
Cibolo.
Section 2. The description of the 143.823 acres of land which is proposed to be Annexed and Zoned R-2 is
as follows:
BEGINNING at a fence corner situated in the northwest R.O.W. of F.M. Road No. 1103 and marking the east
corner of this tract,the east corner of the called 114.57 acres;
THENCE with the fenced northwest R.O.W. of F.M. Road No. 1103, S 600 32,40" W 425.69 feet, S 590 59'
44" W 578.04 feet and S 580 18'21" W 717.71 feet to a fence corner marking the south corner of
this tract;
THENCE with a fence,N 280 49'30" W 1956.73 feet and S 590 42'26" W 227.56 feet to a fence corner
situated in the northeast R.O.W. of Borgfeld Road;
THENCE with the fenced northeast R.O.W. of Borgfe 1 d Road,N 300 00'W 2215.25 feet to the flare corner
intersection of the northeast R.O.W. of Borgfeld Road with the southeast R.O.W. of a County
Road;
THENCE with the flare,N 150 42'40" E 101.66 feet to a point in the southeast R.O.W. of the County Road;
THENCE with the fenced southeast R.O.W. of the County Road,N 590 24'E 660.4 feet to a fence corner
marking the north corner of this tract.
THENCE with a fence, S 300 23'09" E 1455.07 feet to a re-entrant corner;
THENCE with the fence,N 590 58' 38"E 941.14 feet to an iron pin set for the west corner of a 14.841 acre
tract;
THENCE with the southwest and southeast lines of the 14.841 acre tract, S 290 42'07" E 711.11 feet to the
south comer of the 14.841 acre tract and N 730 07' 18" E 187.44 feet,N 70 35'25" E 156.84 feet,N
790 07'25"E 642.53 feet to an iron pin set for the east corner of the 14.841 acre tract:
THENCE with the fence,
S 290 42'07" E 239.0 feet,
S 50 37' 34"E 140.49 feet,
S 220 53' 10" E 226.09 feet to a fence corner,

PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 143.823 acres of land.
Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval.
