ORDINANCE NO. 179
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS, EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOID, TEXAS:
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Tommy C. Rappmund and his wife Pauline Rappmund
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit"A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described in attached Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction Of The City Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Ci•bolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction
for all purposes over the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the best of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas.

All that certain 2.00 acres of land situated in the F. Rodriquez Survey,
Abst. 211 , Guadalupe County, Texas, said 2.00 acre tract is part of a tract
called 121 .48 acres in conveyance from Olga Pfeil to Edwin Katt recorded
in Vol. 218 page 119 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas and is
hereinafter described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake marking the east corner of the parent tract;
THENCE with trace of fence along the southeast line of the parent, s . 60
deg. 22' W. 126.2 feet;
