ORDINANCE NO. 149
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS, EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICT IDN:
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS:
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Albin Schuster and his wife Norma. Snhustpr
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit '"A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described"-in attached-Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial

,J.urisdiction Of The City. Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Ci•bolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction'
for all purposes over: the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the best of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas.

EXHIBIT "A"
All that certain tract .of piece or parcel of land lying and being situated
in the County of Guadalupe and State of Texas, about 14 miles S. 85-00 .W. of
Seguin and being known as a part of the J. M. Rosa Survey No. 86 and being
the same tract of land sold and conveyed to Rudolf Haecker and Olga Haecker
by Gustav H. Pfannstiel and wife by deed dated January 16th A. D. 1920 and
recorded in Vol . 59 on pages 69-70 cif the Deed Records of Guadalupe County,
Texas, Said tract of land being by metes and bounds more fully described
as follows to-wit:
BEGINNING at a stake in middle of Seguin-San Antonio Road, the N. E.
corner of a 50 acre tract conveyed by Chas. Haecker to Wm. Haecker, and
the N. W. corner of a 45 acre tract, conveyed by Wm. Haecker to Friedrich
Wiedner, now the property of Edward C. Stolte. Thence N. 30-00' W.
1021 .4 varas to a stake and stone mound for for the North corner of this
tract and the North corner of the Walter Haecker tract. Thence with the
Walter Haecker North-east line of S. 30-E. 925.75 varas to a stake and point
in middle of Seguin-San Antonio Road for the South corner of this tract;
Thence with said road N. 78-20 E. 303.93 varas to the place of the beginning.
Containing 49.75 acres of land by computation from fieldnotes made by
A. M. Erskine, Surveyor.
