A RESOLUTION PROHIBITING DRILLING AND MINING OR THE
REOPENING OF ANY ABANDONED WELL OR MINE IN ANY PUBLIC
PARK LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF CIBOLO, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO TEXAS THAT:
1. All forms of drilling and mining are permanently prohibited in any public park located
within the City limits of Cibolo,Texas
2. No previously drilled and abandoned well or mine may be reopened in any public park
located within the City limits of Cibolo,Texas
3. The City Council hereby finds and declares that the adoption,passage and implementation
of this ordinance shall be effective as of first reading.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23`d day of February 2010.
