MINUTES
1. Call to Order—Mayor Hartman called the Workshop to order at 3:00p.m.

3. Invocation - Invocation was given by Councilman Castro.
4. Pledize of Allegiance—All in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
5. Citizens to be Heard
This is the opportunity for visitors and guests to address the City Council on any issue. City
Council may not debate any non-agenda issue,nor may any action be taken on any non-agenda
issue at this time,however, City Council may present any factual response to items brought up by
citizens.No citizens to be heard at this time.
6. Discussion
A. Discussion and direction to staff on sidewalk in the City of Cibolo.
B. Discussion and direction to staff on walking trail,bike lane/routes and pedestrian safety.
Both item A and B were address by council together. Council talked about areas of the City where there is at
the present time no sidewalks. Second,they discussed areas where a small portion of the sidewalk is missing.
The City Manager stated that they would get a list from the Street Department and indicate on a map where all
locations are requiring both complete sidewalks and portions of sidewalks. Bike lanes and bike paths were
discussed and where they should be located. The Linear Park System was discussed and council wanted to
know more information on it. Council will hold a Joint Meeting with the Parks Commission in June to discuss
the Linear Park and the Park Master Plan.
C. Discussion and direction to staff on the Utility Ordinance.
Councilwoman Hale did not think that the Utility Ordinance passed on April 24,2012 addressed all the issues
that have been brought up in the past. Councilwoman Hale will work with staff to see if they could resolve the
issues.
7. Adjournment
Councilman Carlton moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 p.m. Motion was seconded by Councilman
Liparoto. For: All; Against:None. Motion carried.
