AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CILLO, TEXAS, EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION:
HE: IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOIA, TEXAS:
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from

Mrs. Alfred Schraub
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit "A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described in attached Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction Of The City Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction
for all purposes over the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the best of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas.

BEING a part of the 200 acre tract out of the Geronimo Leal Survey in
Guadalupe County, Texas, which was set aside to Wilhelimina Schraub in the
District Court of Guadalupe County, Texas in a Decree of Partition and
recorded in Volume 35, pages )483-88, Deed Records of Guadalupe County,
Texas and described as follows:
67.31 acres of this land is a part of the Geronimo Leal Survey and 3.1
acres is a part of the Josefa dellos Cortinas Survey; and
BEGINNING at the South corner of said 200 acre tract for South corner of
this tract;
THENCE with the SW line of said 200 acre tract N. 30-00' W. 1698 feet to a
stake for West corner;
THENCE with the SE line of the 62.23 acre tract allotted to Alfred Schraub
N. 60-28' E. 2384 feet to a stake for North corner of the West corner of
the 52 .14 acre tract allotted to Ed. C. Stolte;
THENCE with the boundaries of the Stolte tract S. 30-00' E. 962 .8 feet S.
60-00' W. 188 feet N. 68-18' W. 981 .6 feet S. 30-00' E. 1087.5 feet to a
stake in the SE line of said 200 acre tract for an East corner of this
tract and South corner of the Stolte tract;
THENCE with said SE line S. 60-00' W. 128) feet to the place of BEGINNING,
and containing 70.41 acres of land. Being the same land conveyed to Alma
Schraub by George Schraub et al by deed dated March 31 , 1945, and recorded
in Volume 209, pages 269-73, Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas.
