ORDINANCE NO. 106
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS, EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICT IDN:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOIO, TEXAS:
IEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Kenneth 0. Reinhard and his wife Mrs. Kenneth Reinhard
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit "A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described in attached Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

EXHIBIT "A"
All that certain tract and parcel of land out of the Wiu. Bracken original survey
No . 65 in Guadalupe County, Texas, a part of the Reinhold Prochnow farm, and a
part of that 28 acres conveyed by Wm. Prochnow to N. A. J. Prochnow by deed
recorded in said county in deed rocord book 22, pages 56-8, and more particularly
described by metes and bounds as folio s:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeast line of said Wm. Bracken survey No. 65, at
the S.E. corner of the Emil Prochnow 28 acre tract and the NE corner of the
Reinhold Prochnow Sr. farm of 128 acres (found upon resurvey to contain 123.6
acres) said point being S. 30 deg. E. 72 .5 varas from the E. corner of the former
H. Hasenbeck tract, and said point being the NE corner of the tract herein conveyed;
THENCE with the NE line of said Bracken survey and with the middle of a public
road S. 30 deg. E. 48.323 varas to the NE corner of a 106 acre tract, more or less;
THENCE wLh1i the NW line of said 106 acre tract, S. 60 deg. W. at the 15 feet
crossing the SW line of said road and a total distance of 2060.2 varas to a stake on
the west bank of the Cibolo River for corner;
THENCE up the Cibolo River N. 36 deg. 14' W. 48.6 varas to a stake, the NW corner of
the Reinhold Prochnow, Sr. 128 acre farm;
THENCE with the NE line therof crossing the Cibolo River, a total distance of
2065.5 varas to the place of beginning, containing 17.657 acres of land.
This conveyance is made subject to the life estate held by Walter Prochnow in and
to said property.

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction Of The City Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction
for all purposes over the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the best of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas. pp
