ORDINANCE NO. 88
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS, EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICT IDN:
HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS:
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Frederick S. Schlather
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit "A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described in attached Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City- of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
' property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

TRACT ONE:
All that certain 11 ..57 acres of land in Guadalupe County, Texas, being a part
of the Trinidad Garcia Survey No. 9)4, and also being a part of the same land
conveyed be deed from Gottfried Harlos to Herman Hierholzer, recorded in Volume
34, Page 636, Guadalupe County Deed Records, and described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the N. line of the Farm to Market Road from
Sassmanhausen property;
THENCE with the N. line of said Farm to Market Road, S. 59° 15' W. 1419 feet;
S. 58° 35' W. 581 feet and S. 56° 40' W. 719 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE N. 30° W. 1959 feet with an existing fence to an iron pipe;
THENCE N. 60° E. 503 feet with existing fence to an iron pipe;
THENCE N. 30° W. 838 feet with an existing fence to an iron pipe;
THENCE N. 60° E. 1830 feet with an existing fence to an iron pipe;

Guadalupe County, Texas.
BEGINNING at a 3/4 inch pipe for Northeast corner of which the original
Northeast 4.0 acre corner brs. N. 30 deg. W. 32 .3 feet on the South line of a
public road.
THENCE S. 30 deg. E. 2284.4 with the Klingemann tract and Sassmanshausen tract
to a 3/14 inch pipe for southeast corner.

26.512 acres - All that certain tract and parcel of land a part of the 4.0
acres referred to Guadalupe County Deed Records in Volume 179, Pages 637-8,
Louis Sassmanshausen, et ux to George Sassmanshausen being a part of the
Trinidad Garcia Survey in Guadalupe County, Texas .
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the original 40r acre a cedar post on the
South line of a public road.

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction Of The City Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction
for all purposes over the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the bast of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas.
