ORDINANCE NO. 78
AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF CIBOLO,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH
PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS:
SECTION 1 . On the )nth day of June, 1974, at 6:00 P. M. o'clock at
the City Hall in the City of Cibolo, Texas, the City Council will hold a
public hearing giting' all interested persons the right to appear and be
heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Cibolo, Texas, of the
following described property, to-wit:
Description of a 52.162 acre tract of land, more or less, out of Martin &
Walker Survey No . 113, Guadalupe County, Texas, and being: One, all of
those certain three tracts of 12,000 acres of land, 5.73 acres of land, and
1 .967 acres of land conveyed by Annie Friesehhahn et ux; Two, all of those
certain two tracts of land of 6.87 acres and 12.000 acres of land conveyed
by Annie Friesenhahn to Ernest A. Jasek, et ux; Three, all of that certain
12.000 acres of land conveyed by Annie Friesenhahn to Otto Wehe, and Four,
1 .595 acres of land, a part of Wiederstein Road fronting on the above
described three property owners land, and described more particularly by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a corner post in the point of intersection of the Southwest
line of Borgfeld Road with the Southeast line of Wiederstein Road, set for
the North corner of the Theodore Schmidt 206.8 acre tract of land, the
present North corner of the City Limits of the City of Cibolo;
THENCE with the Southeast line of Wiederstein Road, the Northwest line of
the present City Limits of the City of Cibolo, S. 60 degrees 00' E. 1 ,516.28
feet to a point, the South corner of this tract;
THENCE crossing the said Wiederstein Road, N. 30 degrees 27' W. 35.0 feet
to a corner post set for the South corner of the above described Joseph
B. Tudyk, Jr., tract;

THENCE with the Southwest line of the Joseph B. Tudyk, Jr., property, N.
30 degrees 27 feet W. 1 ,273.28 feet to a corner post set for the West
corner of the said Joseph B. Tudyk, Jr. tract;
THENCE with the Northwest line of the said Joseph B. Tudyk, Jr., property,
N. 62 degrees 16' E. 570.02 feet to a corner post in the Southwest line of
the above described Ernest A. Jasek property, a re-entrant corner of this
tract;
THENCE frith the Southwest line of the said Ernest A. Jasek property, N.
37 degrees 57' W. 157.4 feet to a corner post set for the West corner of
the said Ernest A. Jasek property, for a West corner of this tract;
THENCE with the Northwest line of the said Jasek property, N. 61 degrees
15' E. 556.8 feet to a corner post set for a North corner of the said Jasek
property, for a North corner of this tract;
THENCE with a,Northeast line of the said Jasek property, S. 29 degrees 30'
E. 560.9 feet to a re-entrant corner of the said Jasek property, a re-
entrant corner of this tract;
THENCE with the Northwest line of the said Jasek propertsy, N. 60 degrees
L5' E. 234.7 feet to a corner post set for the West corner of the Otto
Wehe 12 .000 acre tract;
THENCE with the Northwest line of the said Wehe 12 .000 acre tract, N. 60
degrees 45' E. 632 .6 feet to a corner post set for the North corner of the
said Wehe 12.000 acre tract, for a North corner of this tract;
THENCE with the Northeast line of the said Wehe 12 .000 acre tract, S. 30
degrees 27' E. 823.0 feet to a corner post in the Northwest line of
Wiederstein Road, set for the East corner of the said Wehe 12 .000 acre tract;
THENCE crossing Wiederstein Road, S. 30 degrees 27' E. 35.0 feet to a point
in the Southeast line of Wiederstein Road, the East corner of this tract;
THENCE with the Southeast line of Wiederstein Road, S. 60 degrees 00' W.
)429.30 feet to the place of beginning.

SECTION 2 . The Mayor of the City of Cibolo, Texas is hereby authorized
and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in
a newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the above described
territory not more than twenty days nor less than ten days prior to the date
of such public hearing, all in accordance with the Municipal Annexation Act
(Chapter 160, Acts of the 58th Legislature, Regular Session, 1963; compiled
as 97a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes) .
