,',BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOIO, TEXAS:
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Joseph B. Tudyk, Jr. and his wife Mrs. Joseph B. Tudyk
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit "A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described in attached Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction Of The City Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction
for all purposes over the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the best of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas.

12 acres of land, out of a 123.2 acre tract conveyed by Annie Hubertus, et al,
to Annie Friesenhahn, et vir, by deed dated March 8, 19)49, and recorded in
Volume 91 , pages 14-18, of the Corral County Deed Records and in Volume 236,
pages 231 -234, of the Guadalupe County Deed Records, and being a part of the
Martin & Walker Survey No . 113, in Guadalupe County Texas
FROM a stake in the Northwest line of a county road set for the east corner of
said Annie Friesenhahn 123.2 acre tract, S. 60 deg. 08' W., with the northwest
line of said county road 1257.28 feet and S. 60 deg. 21 ' W. 100 feet to a stake
set for the east corner and beginning point of this tract;
THENCE, with the northwest line of said county road, S. 60 deg. 21 ' W. 624.78 feet
to a stake;
THENCE N. 30 deg. 27' W. 836.78 feet to a stake;
THENCE N. 60 deg. 21 ' E. 624.78 feet to a stake;
THENCE S. 30 deg. 27' E., parallel to and 100 feet distant from the southwest
line of a 12 acre tract conveyed by Annie Friesenhahn, et vir, to Ernest A. Jasek, a
distance of 836.74 feet to the place of beginning, containing 12 acres.
