AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS, EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICT IDN: •
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOIO, TEXAS:
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Ernest A. Jasek and his wife Mrs. Ernest A. Jasek
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached and marked Exhibit
"A" and made a part hereof as if the same were fully set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City- of Cibolo to include the
property described in attached Exhibit "A" in the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo, Texas;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described in attached Exhibit
"A" be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo,
Texas, and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all existing
property with the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo apply
from this date on to the described property in attached Exhibit "A".

EXHIBIT "A"
Being all that certain piece, tract or parcel of land lysing and situated in the
County of Guadalupe, State of Texas and being 6.87 acres out of the Annie and
Gottlieb Friesenhahn 123 .2 acre tract and being a part of the Martin & Walker
Survey No . 113, in Guadalupe, County, Texas, and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a stake by a post set for the West corner of a 12 acre tract
conveyed by Annie Friesenhahn Et Vir to Ernest A. Jasek/ et ux by deed dated
April 27, 1965, and recorded in Volume376, Pages 201 -203, of the Guadalupe
County Deed Records;
THENCE, with the Southwest line of said Ernest A. Jasek et uz 12 acre tract
as fenced, S. 30° 27' E. )472 feet to a stake in a fence;
THENCE, with said fence, N. 37° L.1 W. 739.5 feet to a stake by a post; and
N. 72° 28' W. 83.8 feet to a stake by a post; and N. 33° 57' W. 250 feet to
a stake at a reentrant corner of a 133 .2 acre tract conveyed by Mrs . Adam
Hubertus to Mary Hubertus Ott;
THENCE, with the boundary line of said 133.2 acre tract as fenced; N. 61° 15'
E. 556.8 feet to a stake by a corner post; and S. 29° 30' E. 560.9 feet to a
stake in the Northwest line of said Ernest A. Jasek et ux 12 acre tract;
THENCE, with the Northwest line of said 12 acre tract, S. 60° 45' W. 382.7
feet to the Place of Beginning, containing 6.87 acres.

Request To Be Included In The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction Of The City Of Cibolo, Texas
We, the undersigned, are the owners of that certain tract of
land which is contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Cibolo, Texas, and which is described in Exhibit "A" a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if the same were
fully set out herein.
We request that the property described in Exhibit "A" be included
within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas,
and that the City of Cibolo, Texas, extend its extraterritorial jurisdiction
for all purposes over the property described in Exhibit "A" as provided
in Art. 970A of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas.
To the best of our knowledge and belief the property described in
Exhibit "A" is not now within the extraterritorial Jurisdiction of any
other City of the State of Texas.
