AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF Cibolo , TEXAS, ESTABLISHING
No Parking ON PORTIONS OF FM HIGHWAY 1103 ,
IN THE CITY OF Cibolo , TEXAS, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH AND DECLARING THE SAME TO BE An Ordinance
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Cibolo , TEXAS
That no person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle,
whether attended or unattended upon the paved or. main-traveled part
of North Main Street (also known as F.M. 1103) between Bee Alley and
a point 0.4 of a mile northwest.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor , and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding $ 200.00
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed. -
This ordinance shall become effective upon passage, approval and
publication. as provided by law.
