ORDINANCE NO. 19 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS , EXTENDING ITS EXTRATERRI-
TORIAL JURISDICTION:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS :
WHEREAS the City of Cibolo has received a written request from
Theodore F. Schmidt and Irene Schmidt
owners of property contiguous to the extraterritorial jurisdiction
of the City of Cibolo (a copy of which request is hereby attached
and marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof as if the same were fully
set out herein) ; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Cibolo to
include the hereinafter described property in the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, Texas ;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the property described as follows :
All that certain 206 .8 Acres of land known as the G. Bunson original
survey, patented to the heirs of G. Bunson by the State of Texas on
Nov. 5, 1874, by'.:patent recorded in said county in Deed Book N,
105-6,.--more particularly described__as_-lyingabout 17-
N 83'W from the town of Seguin, Texas and BEGINNING at the SW corner
of Survey No . 514 in the name of Jacob de Cordova, alive oak 18" in
dia . brs . S 6'E 362 varas , and a live oak 14" in das . brs . s 68"W
212 varas ; THENCE N 60°E at 421 varas pass stone mound for S corner-
- of Survey No. 113 ;at 2172 varas to the west corner of Survey No . 102;
THENCE with the SW line of said Survey No. 102 S307'E 842 varas to a
stone mound for N corner of Survey No .263 ; THENCE S 60"W 525tvaras
to a stone mound on the NW line of the James Jones Survey No .263,&
SE corner of B . Cannon Survey; THENCE N 30@W 402 varas to stone
mound for N corner of this tract, the SE corner of the J. Saladin
Survey No .404; THENCE with the NE line of said survey N3d'W 440
varas to the place of beginning, containing 206.8 acres of land, more
or less , and being the same property conveyed by Peter Triesch to:
Ferdinand Wiederstein by deed dated August 12, 1891, recorded in Vol .
5, page 137 of the Deed Records of Guadalupe County, Texas
be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Cibolo, '
Texas , and that the same rights and obligations applicable to all ex-` ,
