ORD 13 07/03/1968 - III 111 ORDINANCE NO. /3 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE fiTµ DAY OF JULY 1968 UPON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF A TRACT OF LAND CON- TAINING :_ . i2 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND PROVID- ING FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SUCH HEARING TO BE MADE IN A NEWSPAPER AS PROVIDED BY ARTICLE ,7: a, SECTION 6 OF THE REVISED CIVIL STATUTES OF TEXAS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CIBOLO, TEXAS: 1. That a public hearing be held at the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. in the City of Cibolo, Texas on the 24 day of July 1968 for the purpose of providing an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard concerning the proposed annexation to the City of Cibolo of a 12.12 acre tract of land described as follows: A 12.12-acre, more or less, tract of land out of the A.S. Lewis Survey No. 78 and the Simon Cockrill Survey No. 77, situated in Guadalupe County, Texas; and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most northwesterly corner of the presently exist- ing city limits of Cibolo, Texas, at the northwesterly corner of a 200-foot strip of land paralleling and lying adjacent to and south- east of the southeast right-of-way line of a southwest-northeast public road; THENCE northwesterly and with the northeasterly right-of-way line of same public road where it extends northwest-southeast, a dis- tance of 2,640 feet to a point; THENCE northeasterly, perpendicular with the northeasterly right- of-way line of this northwest-southeast :.public road, a distance of 200 feet to a point; THENCE southeasterly, parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 200 feet northeasterly of the nortneaszeriy rignt-of-way line of said public road, a distance of 2,640 Feet, more or less, to the southeasterly right-of-way line of this public road where it extends northeast-southwest; THENCE southwesterly with the southeasterly right-of-way line of said public road and with the existing northwesterly city limits line of Cibolo, Texas, a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, and containing 12.12 acres of land, more or less. 2.
