MINUTES
1. Call to Order—Mayor Jackson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call — Council Present: Mayor Jackson, Councilwoman Schultes, Councilman Garrett, Councilman Doty,
Councilman Russell, Councilman Hogue and Councilman Dunn; Council Absent: Councilman Castro; Staff
Present: City Manager Herrera, City Secretary Cimics, Finance Director Miranda, Police Chief Cox, Fire Chief
Niemietz,Public Works Director Fousse,ED Director Luft and Engineering/Planning Director Klein.
3. Presentations
A. Presentation of 10 Year Service Award to: Robert Vela (Street Department), Mark Van Rosendael (Police
Department and Steve Burdett(Police Department).
Mr. Herrera and Mayor presented Robert Vela from the Street Department with a 10 Year Service Award.
Chief Cox accepted the 10 Year Award for Police Department Employees Mark Van Rosendael and Steve
Burdett.
B. Presentation of the Employee of the Quarter for the period(October thru December 2014)to Scott Lee(Fire
Department).
Scott Lee was presented the Employee of the Quarter award for October thru December 2014. Award was
presented by the City Manager and the Mayor. Pictures were taken with Fire Chief Niemietz and the Lee
Family.
C. Presentation of the Employee of the Year for 2014 to Lisa Gonzalez(Engineering/Planning Department).
Lisa Gonzalez was presented the Employee of the Year Award from City Manager Herrera and Mayor
Jackson. Pictures.were taken with Ms. Gonzalez and her family.
D. Presentation to Terry Lemley(Street Department)on his retirement from the City of Cibolo.
Terry Lemley was honored on his retirement for his dedicated service to the City of Cibolo. City Manager
Herrera and Mayor Jackson presented Mr. Lemley with a beautiful plaque. Pictures were taken with the
Mayor, City Manager and the Lemley Family.
4. Adjournment.
Mayor Jackson informed everyone that once the meeting is adjourned that cake and coffee is available to help
celebrate with all the award winners.

Councilman Garret made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilman Dunn.
For: All;Against:None. Motion carried 6 to 0.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 10TH DAY OF MARCH 2015.
