AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR A 6.60 ACRE
TRACT OF LAND OWNED BY KENNETH REUS TO BE ZONED TO I-2 AND A
5.40 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OWNED BY KENNETH REUS TO BE ZONED TO C-
2G.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CIBOLO:
Section 1. Whereas two Public Hearings were held to discuss such rezoning, the first
being on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at 7:00 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall; and the second
being on Tuesday, April 25,2006, at 7:00 P.M. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of
providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed
zoning of 6.60 acre tract to I-2 and a 5.40 acre tract to C-2G by the City of Cibolo.
Section 2. And whereas the description of the 12 acres of land which 6.60 acre tract is to
be zoned to I-2 and a 5.40 acre tract is to be zoned C-2G is as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF 6.60 ACRE TRACT OF LAND
Being 6.60 acres in the City of Cibolo, Guadalupe County, Texas, out of the A.S. Lewis
Survey No. 78, Abstract 216, being a portion of that certain tract called 12.00 acres
described in conveyance to Elite Masonry, Inc., a Texas Corporation recorded in Volume
1913 Page 911, Official Records of Guadalupe County, Texas. Said 12.00 acres being a
part of a 44.73 acre tract described in Volume 326 Page 390, Deed Records of Guadalupe
County, Texas and being more particularly described by the metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING: Beginning at a point set in fire hydrant at the West corner of Eagle
Construction and Environmental Services L.P. 15.00 acre tract
recorded in Volume 1557,Page 364, Deed Records of Guadalupe,
Texas, for the North corner of this herein described tract; Being:
South 21 deg. 18 min. 00 sec. West, 488.15 feet from the North
Corner of said 44.73 acre tract
THENCE: South 68 deg. 42 min. 35 sec. East; a distance of 691.59 feet along
with the North line of said 12.00 acre tract and said South Eagle
Construction and Environmental Services L.P. 15.00 acre tract to
an iron pin set, at the North corner of a 5.40 acre tract(surveyed
this same day), for the East corner of this herein described tract;
THENCE: South 21 deg. 18 min. 00 sec. West; a distance of 415.70 feet
across 12.00 acre tract to.a 1/2"iron pin set, for the South corner of
this herein described tract;

THENCE: North 68 deg. 42 min. 35 sec. West; a distance of 691.59 feet to a
%2"iron pin found, for the West corner of this herein described
tract;
THENCE: North 21 deg. 18 min. 00 sec. East, (Bearing Basis-Volume 1557
Page 364, D.R.) a distance of 415.70 feet along the East line of
said F.M. Road No. 1346, and same being the West line of said
44.73 acre tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
DESCRIPTION OF 5.40 ACRE TRACT OF LAND
Being 5.40 acres in the City of Cibolo, Guadalupe County, Texas, out of the A.S. Lewis
Survey No. 78, Abstract 216, being a portion of that certain tract called 12.00 acres

THENCE: South 68 deg. 42 min. 35 sec. East; a distance of 603.66 feet,
continuing with and along North line of said 12.00 acre tract and
said South Eagle Construction and Environmental Services L.P.
15.00 acre tract to an iron pin found, at the East corner of said
12.00 acre tract, for the East corner of this herein described tract;
THENCE: South 31 deg. 34 min. 37 sec. West; a distance of 422.54 feet along
with chain link fence to an iron pin found, for the South corner of
said 12.00 acre tract, for the South corner of this herein described
tract;
THENCE: North 68 deg. 42 min. 35 sec. West; a distance of 528.27 feet to a
1/2" iron pin set, for the West corner of this herein described tract;
THENCE: South 21 deg. 18 min. 00 sec. West; a distance of 415.70 feet
across 12.00 acre tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Section 3. And whereas this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon it passage and
approval.
