ORDINANCE 9 2 2 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR A 4.002 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OWNED BY AUSTIN-20 INVESTMENT GROUP LLC TO BE RE-ZONED FROM COMMERCIAL LIGHT (C-1) TO COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT — LIGHT DENSITY RETAIL (C-1R); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS: SECTION I. Whereas two public hearings were held to discuss such rezoning, the first being on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cibolo City Hall; and, the second being on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in.the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rezoning 4.002 acres from C-1 to C-1R by the City of Cibolo. SECTION II. And whereas the description of the 4.002 acres of land which is to be rezoned to C-1R is described in Exhibit "A" (metes and bounds) and Exhibit "B" (survey exhibit), attached hereto and made part of this ordinance. - SECTION HI. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. PASSED, APPROVED,AND ADOPTED THIS 9TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2010.
