ORD 921 02/09/2010 ORDINANCE 9 21 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR A 2.000 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OWNED BY DONALD AND LAUREL CALE TO BE RE-ZONED FROM COMMERCIAL LIGHT (C-1) TO COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT — MEDIUM DENSITY RETAIL (C-2R); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO,TEXAS: SECTION I. Whereas two public hearings were held to discuss such rezoning, the first being on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cibolo City Hall; and, the second being on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rezoning 2.000 acres from C-1 to C-2R by the City of Cibolo. SECTION II. And whereas the description of the 2.000 acres of land which is to be rezoned to C-1R is described in Exhibit "A" (metes and bounds) and Exhibit "B" (survey exhibit), attached hereto and made part of this ordinance.
