ORD 858 06/24/2008 ORDINANCE 85 8 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR A 4.60 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OWNED BY VICTOR AND MARY ZENGERLE TO BE RE-ZONED FROM COMMERCIL LIGHT (C-1) TO RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY-RURAL (R-U); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CIBOLO, TEXAS: SECTION I. Whereas two public hearings were held to discuss such rezoning, the first being on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cibolo City Hall; and, the second being on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cibolo City Hall, for the purpose of providing all interested persons the opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rezoning 4.60 acres from C-1 to R- U by the City of Cibolo. SECTION II. And whereas the description of the 4.60 acres of land which is to be rezoned to R-U is described in Exhibit "A" (metes and bounds) and Exhibit "B" (survey exhibit), attached hereto and made part of this ordinance. SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
