December 16, 1970 at 7:40 PM in the Cibolo State Bank Building.

Mr. D'Arza and Lewis appeared to provide additional evidence t.J o�Pa 'permit to
establish a trailerpark in the Heackerville area. otion was made by Mr. Dylla.
and seco4d by Mr. Ling to designate the D'Arza and twis Property as a trailer
park with a minimum of 3000 SF of land per trailer with a $5 per trailer space
one time fee. The motion$ passed unanimously.
Fred Neimietz reported that he had talked to James Henk, New Braunsfel, con-
cerning street repairs. Mr Henk said it would be several weeks before he could
check on this:.
The Financial statement was read by Mr. Dykes and approved.
Payment of the bill for blinds for the City Hall was approved. It was agreed that
in accordance with the City Ordinance, &,letter would be written by Mr. Ling to
Art Johnson of A. L. Johnson Grain Co. requesting they move the remains of their
truck which was recently wrecked in the city.
A report was given by Wilton Walker on the Parks and Rec. Dept. Plans are under-
way for a summer recreation program.
