CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OCTO EER 2, 1973
The regular City Council meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by
Mayor Schlather with all members present.
The minutes were read and approved with the correction that Mr. Oscar
Schultz had applied for a building permit.
After some discussion, a motion was made by Alderman Niemietz (Alderman Dykes)
and passed unanimously that we retain Mr. Tom Anderlitch as a financial advisor
for the City of Cibolo .
A motion was made by Alderman Dykes (Alderman Lieck) and passed unanimously
that we retain Mr. William H. Mullins, Consulting Engineer, as our City Engineer.
Some discussion ensued concerning what should be done with our portable police
radio unit. Finally a motion was made by Alderman Niemietz (Alderman Dylla)
to lend the radio to Mr. Hugo Ackermann with the understanding that he would
be totally responsible for the unit.
Mayor Schlather reported to the Council on his meeting of last Friday with
Mr. Green and Mr. Hoyle Osborne of Marmon, Mok and Green. Also present at the
meeting was Mr. Hiram Miller, City Attorney. At the meeting Mr. Green and
Mr. Osborne agreed to furnish new and/or revised versions of all data. that was
required by their planning contract by this past Tuesday. At that meeting
they did furnish finalized copies of the Subdivision Ordinance and the accompany-
ing Engineering Standards . As of this date (Oct . 2) they had not contacted Mayor
Schlather nor provided any further data.
There being no further business, Mayor Schlather adjourned the meeting at 9:OOP.M.
