Min CC 01/03/1974 0 CITY OF CIBOLO CITY COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 3, 1971 The regular City Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 P. M. with all members present except Alderman Lieck and Dykes . The minutes were read and approved as read. The financial report for November was read and accepted. Some discussion ensued concerning recent robberies in town and the request from several citizens for better police protection. Mayor Schlather reported that he had written a letter to Schertz asking for a proposal for an interlocal contract for police protection. The Councilmen and their wives were invited and urged to attend a meeting February 15, at the Randolph Officers Club to hear Mr. Paul Comola of EPA lecture on "Future of River Authorities and the Valuable Assets of Water" . A formal complaint from Mr. Tomy Meek and some neighbors concerning several dogs owned by Mr. Mulky which have been disturbing the neigh- borhood was brought to the Council's attention. Linda was directed to draft a letter to Mr. Mulky requesting him to eliminate the distur- banc es . There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 P. M. F. S. Schlather Mayor Linda N.
