SPECIAL MEETING
The Special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Mayor Schlather
with all members present.
A motion was made by Fred Niemietz (Ted Dykes) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #78 setting June 4. at 6:00 P.M. as the time for a public hearing concern-
ing the proposed annexation of $2,'acres of land belonging to Otto Wehe.
A motion was made by Marge Smith(Mrs. Lieck) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #79 setting June 4, at 6:00 P.M. as the time for a public hearing concern-
ing the proposed annexation of 72 .650 acres of land belonging to Theodore F.
Schmidt.
A motion was made by Edward Ling (Marge Smith) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #80 setting June 4. at 6:00 P.M. as the time for a public hearing con-
cerning the proposed annexation of 29.845 acres of land belonging to W. E. Dean, Trustee.
A motion was made by Edward Ling (Marge Smith) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #81 extending the ETJ of the City of Cibolo to include a 61 .11 acre tract
of land belonging to Frederick Friesenhahn.
A motion was made by Ted Dykes (Marge Smith) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #82 extending the ETJ of the City of Cibolo to include a 125.5 acre
tract of land belonging to M. Schetzler.
A motion was made by Ted Dykes (Fred Niemietz) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #83 extending the ETJ of the City of Cibolo to include a 100 acres
of land belonging to Richard Tolle.
A motion was made by Fred Niemietz(Edward Ling) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #84 extending the ETJ of the City of Cibolo to include a 100 acres of
land belonging to Marvin F. Pahmiyer..
A motion was made by Fred Niemietz (Mrs. Lieck) and passed unanimously to pass
Ordinance #85 extending the ETJ of the City of Cibolo to include a 71 .395 acre
tract of land belonging to Henry and Gladys Pfiel.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:45 P. M-
