Min CC 06/10/1974 CITY OF CIBOLO CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 10, 1974 A Special City Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Schlather on Monday, June 10, 1974, at 6:00 P .M. with all members present except Ted Dykes. There was much discussion on extraterritorial jurisdiction in the City of Cibolo. Mayor Schlather read Ordinance No. 95 which set this date for a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 76.749 acres of land belonging to Oscar Orth. The mayor then asked if anyone desired to speak, either for or against, the proposed annexation. There being no one who desired to speak, the Mayor adjourned the hearing. The City Council passed Ordinance No. 128 appointing the members of the Board of Equalization for the City of Cibolo for the current year and set the time for the first meeting of the board for June 25, 1974, at 9:00 A.M. in the Cibolo City Hall . The three citizens appointed to the Board were Luree Sassman, Grant Pfeil , and Claude Smith. The motion to pass Ordinance No. 128 was made by Alderman Fred Niemietz and seconded by Mrs. Alwin Lieck.
