CIBOLO
REGULAR MEETING, FRIDAY"EVENING, MARCH 45 19775 7:00 P.M.
1 . CALL TO ORDER: Mayor F. S. Schlather
2. QUORUM CHECK: Linda N. Ling, City Secretary.
Absent: Stephen F. Dykes .
3. INVOCATION:
a . The invocation was given by Ed Ling.
4. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:
a . The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented.
5. OLD BUSINESS:
a. The Cibolo Water Well was discussed.
b. A motion was made by Ed Ling, seconded by Fred Niemietz and passed
unanimously to change the proposed land from R1 (Single Family) to
6.(Commercial) .
c . The Council reviewed the budget and determined that our Financial
Adviser should be consulted concerning the impact of the increased water
rate on our water and sewer bond amortization.

d. Mayor Schlather reported on the Green Valley Water Contract. The City
had provided the necessary input for our lawyer and our engineer to draw
up the proposed contract for consideration by Green Valley. A meeting
is expected prior to our next Council meeting.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
a . The attached bills were approved by the City Council.
b . The Council directed Linda to proceed with the renumbering plan for the City.
c . Linda was directed to send a letter to the City of Schertz concerning the
possibility of a citizen in Cibolo obtaining water from the City of Schertz .
d. Linda reported on the celebration in Marion on June 4, 1977 .
e. The Council agreed that a complete set of rules of conduct for the City
Park should be developed and adopted as soon as possible.
7 . ADJOURNMENT:
a. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
The City Council immediately went into arf Executive Meeting concerning
personnel salaries .
Executive Meeting:
Salaries: Chief Jeronimo Marin, Jr. From $650. to $750.
Linda N. Ling From $420. to $500.
Gladys S. Pfeil From $2 .50/hr. to $3 .00/hr.
All raises were rectroactive to the 1day of February 1977.
