CIBOLO, TEXAS NOVEMBER 6, 1978
1. CALL TO ORDER: John A. Sippel, Mayor
2 . QUORUM CHECK: Mayor Sippel, Councilmembers Smith, Niemietz, Wiederstein, Swenson.
Jeronimo Marin, Jr. - Chief of Police, Gladys Pfeil, Bookkeeper,
Barbara Glenewinkel.
3. INVOCATION: Bill Wiederstein
4. MINUTES: A correction to the Minutes of the last regular meeting was noted. Under
Citizens to be Heard, Section B, to so state that the Council made no de-
cision on the request by Mrs. H.L.Nirider that the rent house on Rosenbaum's
property be torn down in the event the Rosenbaum property is sold.
Bill Wiederstein (Marge Smith) moved to approve the minutes with the above
correction. All approved.
5. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD: No citizens appeared before the Council.
6. OLD BUSINESS: C .0.M.A . sewer problem was discussed. Marge Smith (Bill Wiederstein)
made a motion Gladys contact Andrew Tolle to set up pump test with
C .0 .M.A. Sig Swenson will be notified to represent Council.
All approved.
7. NEW BUSINESS: A .(1) Fred Niemietz (Bill Wiederstein) moved in favor of transfering ,
of sufficient funds from old construction savings account pre-
sently in Cibolo State Bank into the City of Cibolo Water-work
and Sewer System Reserve Account making a total sufficient to
meet the reserve requirements as prescribed by Ordinance #217
covering Bond Issue. All approved.
(2) Sig Swenson (Marge Smith) made a motion to move the funds in
excess of immediate expenses requirements be put into passbook
savings or Certificate of Deposit, whichever would bring better
interest. All approved.
B. Mayor Sippel_ reported on meeting with Dr. Balanoff concerning
survey maps under 701" Agency grants . Surve37s in order of need
were discussed with the following decided upon:
(1) Utility lines with larger scale maps
(2) Revision of zoning and subdivision ordinance
(3) Measuring of streets
W) Water study
(5) Industrial study
(6) Parks and Recreation
C. Letter from City of Schertz concerning SAFE's operating fees
was read by yor Sippel. Cibolo 's amount was specified and
will be on n bills to be paid.

9. ADJOURNMENT: Marge Smith (Sig Swenson) moved the meeting be adjourned at 10:10 P.M.
