NOTICE OF INCREASED WATER AND SEWER RATE
FOR THE CITY OF CIBOLO
The Cibolo City Council met in regular session on Thursday
September 6, 1979 and agreed there is a need for change in water
and sewer rates . This change is due to increased cost of sewer
treatment and increased cost of purchased water for over a year.
These increased costs have not, to this time, been passed on to
the customers.
The cost and rate changes have been studied quite extensively
and thoroughly discussed by all members ,of the Council. All
regret the need for increased rates to the customers of water and sewer
but all agreed there is no alternative .
The new rate schedule will be as follows:
Water: Residential $ 9.00 Minimum up to 3,000 gallons
Commercial 12.00 Minimum up to 3,000 gallons
1 .50 Per 1,000 for next 5,000 gallons
1 .30 Per 1,000 gallons thereafter
Sewer:' Residential $ 9.00 Minimum up- to 3,000 gallons
Commercial 11 .00 Minimum up to 3,000 gallons
1 .40 Per 1,000 over 3,000 gallons

for the previous December, January and February.
